1. Service description

IsMySiteHacked.com provides automated website security scanning and reporting. Our service analyzes publicly available information about websites to identify potential security vulnerabilities and risks. We do not perform intrusive penetration testing. Results reflect publicly available information only.

2. Acceptable use

By using our service, you agree to:

• Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan
• Not use our service for malicious purposes or to facilitate attacks
• Not attempt to overwhelm our service with excessive requests
• Not resell or redistribute our reports without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Accounts and plans

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We offer free and paid plans with different feature levels. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our website.

4. Payments

Paid plans are either one-time purchases (Pro Report, Fix It For Me) or recurring subscriptions (Continuous Protection). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

For subscription plans (Continuous Protection — $19.99/month): You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Scan results and reports

Our security scans and reports are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our scans will identify all vulnerabilities or that our reports are free from errors. Scan results should not be considered a comprehensive security audit.

Our service is a security scanning tool, not a penetration test or security audit. Results reflect publicly available information only.

6. Fix It For Me Service

When you purchase Fix It For Me ($299.99), you grant us temporary, limited access to your website for the purpose of fixing the security issues identified in your scan report. By providing access credentials, you confirm you have the right to authorize this work. We will:

• Only access what is necessary to fix the identified issues
• Not retain your credentials after the work is complete
• Document all changes made

We cannot guarantee that fixing the identified issues will prevent all future security incidents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for this service.

7. Influencer / Referral Program

Participants in our referral program earn commissions (30-40%) on sales they generate. By participating, you agree to:

• Clearly disclose your relationship with ismysitehacked.com in all promotional content, as required by FTC guidelines (US) and equivalent regulations in your country
• Not make false or misleading claims about our service
• Not use spam, paid ads without approval, or deceptive practices to generate referrals

We reserve the right to terminate referral agreements and withhold commissions for violations.

8. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: security breaches that occur despite our recommendations, business losses, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service or its components without written permission.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using our service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
